How do you get this automated nonsense stopped?

Calls automated asking for person, no matter what they keep calling back

I received a call from this number at 1:47pm CDT. I did not answer it.

Rap music playing in the background, heavy breathing and calls minute after mintue

this number is from Education Bridge, it is a telemarketing company that helps bridge people with schools and online schooling. They said that it was information that was requested from me and I told them I never requested anything like that and to stop calling.

Please block this call. I receive 6 to 8 calls a day. from this no.

Told me I owe $751 for unpaid cash loan. I would be arrested tomarrow if I did not pay today. He then asked for my credit card info. I asked him what company he was calling from and he said Cash Loans crime department. I asked if he could fax me more info in reguards to this matter and he told me to shut-up and pay the money. I then hung up the phone.

they keep calling me and not saying anything!!! when i call them i get put on hold to talk to a representative.
